On Monday a parcel arrived from Zog the Dragon and Princess Pearl. We talked about what kind of animals laid eggs and thought about what it could be. On Tuesday we received a letter from Zog to tell us how to look after the egg and we wrote rules. Thursday was the most exciting day because when we arrived at school we found out that the egg had hatched but the dragon had disappeared!

The children have been busy learning about capacity and using the language full, nearly full, half full, nearly empty, and empty.

Next week we will hopefully find our dragon… I wonder if there is anyone who could help us? I hope that he is not too scared. In Maths we will be looking at positional language.

Keep looking out for that dragon!

Have a great weekend my superstars
